Vice-Principal, TWGHs Kap Yan Directors’ College
Ms Hung Lai Fan is the Vice-Principal and the Panel Chairperson and instructor of the ‘Social Entrepreneurship Program’ at TWGHs Kap Yan Directors’ College. The programme adopts the ‘design thinking approach’ and ‘experiential learning model’ to cultivate students to become social entrepreneurs, innovators, and supporters of social entrepreneurship, while fostering a culture of caring for others in the community. She has led students to participate in multiple social innovation competitions and has won the championships in Hong Kong many times.
Dr Victor Lau Chor Yue, Mr Brain Cheung, Ms Miranda Wong Ho Yee and Ms Hung Lai Fun will be joining a panel discission to analyse and examine the local entrepreneurial ecosystem, how local community programmes and resources can provide entrepreneurship support and incubation services to youth in Hong Kong, and how entrepreneurship can be promoted in schools to better prepare students for the future workplace.
