As the principal of Po Kok Primary School, the chairperson of Hong Kong Aided Primary School Heads Association and the chairperson of Wan Chai District Headmasters’ Conference, Ms Kathy Chung Lai Kam has dedicated herself not only in creating a desirable learning environment for students of all ethnicities, but also promoting the well-being of students across the city. Recognising the many benefits of eLearning, Ms Chung advocates eLearning in different subjects. Under her visionary leadership, the school has formulated a school based Chinese eLearning platform for Non-Chinese students and was awarded Best Digital Inclusion Silver Award in Hong Kong ICT Awards. Ms Chung is appointed as an advisory committee member of the “IT Innovation Lab in Schools” Programme by Office of the Government Chief Information Officer and the non-official member of Committee of Professional Development of Teachers and Principals.
